You arrange training directly with the trainer rather than through us. They are on the floor most days and they are approachable.
Doors open at 6am Monday to Friday and stay open until 10pm Monday to Thursday. Saturday is 7am to 7pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

Only on Silver, where it is £35. If you pick Lunchtime, Gold or Platinum you pay no joining fee at all.

Lunchtime is monthly rolling. Silver is three months. Gold and Platinum are six. Once your commitment ends, your membership carries on month to month.

Both give you full access on a six month commitment with no joining fee. Platinum adds premium access to the Technogym CheckUp and unlimited use of the Therajet recovery bed, for £2.50 a month more. What those two things are.

Yes, and joining is deliberately easy. Everything runs through our member system, so you can pick a membership, pay and be a member in a couple of minutes. Or walk in and we will do it with you at the desk.
